Terms
Simple terms for using the Qliva website and service.
Last updated: 2026-06-09
1. Scope
These terms apply to the Qliva website and, unless a separate customer agreement says otherwise, to use of Qliva services. Qliva is a brand owned by Pelilo AB, company registration number 556737-7030.
2. Service
Qliva provides AI assistants that can answer questions based on customer-approved knowledge sources such as websites, PDFs, and documents. AI can produce inaccurate information, including incorrect prices, dates, names, and other factual details. AI output should always be reviewed before being used as the basis for decisions or passed on to end users.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide to Qliva.
- You must not upload confidential, sensitive, or unlawful data unless your agreement with us explicitly allows it.
- If you embed Qliva on your website, you are responsible for informing visitors about how the assistant is used.
- You are responsible for having the right to fetch and index content from third-party websites, including compliance with their terms of service and applicable law. Qliva accepts no liability for how you use the platform's features to retrieve external content.
- You are the data controller for any personal data (including contact details) contained in content indexed through Qliva, and are responsible for ensuring such processing complies with applicable data protection law, including GDPR.
4. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Qliva reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the website, features, pricing, and these terms when needed.
5. Intellectual Property
Pelilo AB owns the Qliva brand, the website, software, design, and related materials. Customers retain rights to their own uploaded content and business data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Qliva is provided as a practical business tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelilo AB is not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information in AI-generated responses — regardless of the channel through which the response was delivered (chat, email, or otherwise). The customer is responsible for reviewing and quality-assuring AI-generated content before it reaches end users, particularly in automated flows.
